Last Parcel: three shots made in Flow
One courier, one workshop, one parcel. This is the actual production record—not a promise that every generation will work.

Start with the change
The courier leaves something repaired without asking for recognition. The visible action is simple: hesitate, place, leave. The final “Repaired. No payment needed.” line is editorial text, not generated lettering on the parcel.
What we actually did
- Lock one reference. Nano Banana 2 produced the fictional courier, open green door, bench and red-cord parcel. It used her left hand rather than the requested right. We adopted the actual image and kept that decision consistent.
- Test contact first. Veo 3.1 Fast made one eight-second placement attempt. Inspect the parcel reaching the wood, both hands withdrawing and the object remaining.
- Carry the real state forward. Flow chat could not extract the final frame. In the editor we played to the end, used Save frame, then attached that image as the departure’s first frame.
- Make the opening. A separate eight-second hesitation used the original reference. The edit retains six seconds.
- Keep the evidence. The packet contains every baseline attempt, prompts, reference, shot cards, cost record, edit CSV and rebuild script, sound cues, QC and file hashes.
Results, including the misses

No retries were bought merely to hide those findings. These are three baselines on Veo 3.1 Fast, not a ranking against Kling, Sora, Luma, Pika or Firefly. Exact render latency and labour hours were not measured.
Cost and delivery facts
The reference was quoted at 0 credits; each video approval quoted 10. The account balance decreased by 30 credits in total, matching the proposals. This used an existing Ultra allowance; no top-up or new subscription was purchased. The subscription and labour are not “free”, and we do not invent a euro conversion.
The downloaded sources are 1280×720 at 24 fps. The 1920×1080 copy is explicitly an upscale. We did not purchase the 50-credit 4K upscale. Hashes establish file identity; they are not a trusted C2PA signature.

Watch the actual download once, then listen once. Check the first join, the parcel release, footsteps/contact sounds and whether the final note feels earned. Ask someone, without explaining the story: “What happened? What changed? What felt unclear?” Record their words before revising.
