Creative scene card

This is the compact view of the scene packet. Both use the same scene ID/version; expand the active record rather than keeping duplicate decisions.
Project / scene ID, version, owner and brief/canon versions:
Purpose: what must the audience understand or feel differently by the end?
Incoming state → change → outgoing state:
Key relationship before → choice/reaction → relationship after (where relevant):
Narrative choice/consequence OR advertising problem/proof/action:
| Creative pass | Record one concrete decision |
|---|---|
| Writing | Observable beat, spoken words, subtext and information withheld/revealed |
| Direction | Playable behaviour, reaction, silence and audience point of attention |
| Art | Story-bearing space, object, costume or product detail; controlling reference |
| Light/camera | Motivated light, framing, movement and what these make us notice |
| Sound | Dialogue, ambience, effects, music or intentional silence; entry/exit tails |
| Edit | Why the cut occurs; coverage, usable handles and next-shot connection |
Shot IDs and reference/source permission records:

Review the actual result
- Source clip/version and retained in/out interval:
- Does the intended beat read at normal speed? Evidence/timecodes:
- Do performance, continuity, motion and sound support that meaning?
- Do both neighbouring joins preserve geography, state, timing and sound?
- Timecoded defect → diagnosis → smallest repair (or recorded accepted limitation):
- Verdict: unverified / repair / accepted; reviewer, date and evidence:
- Affected downstream shots/cut/audio/reviews if changed:
For the first or last shot, mark the absent neighbour inapplicable and review the opening or ending instead. Unheard audio and unviewed joins remain unverified. Acceptance does not authorize spending or publication.
