Start with the compact creative scene card. Expand the fields below when the shot risk or handoff needs them; do not maintain duplicate creative decisions. Review the retained interval for intended meaning and its neighbouring picture, sound and state transitions.
Use only relevant department modules; assign an owner for each selected module. A packet records decisions, not permission to generate. Bracketed text below is replaced with project facts; unknowns stay explicit.

Final runtime sums retained timeline intervals, transitions and cards. Budget unused source handles separately; three six-second sources retained at four seconds each contribute twelve seconds, not eighteen.
Shared timed beat plan
Use one timing basis, [scene-relative seconds / timeline timecode and fps], across both tables. End times are exclusive. Record source-time separately after selecting footage. Render length is a verified tool setting; desired edit time is not proof that it is supported. Every beat ID appears in both tables, even when the correct audio choice is silence.
